Evolve – Getting Comfortable with the Uncomfortable

Listen to the podcast

What I’ve found to be the most helpful in my relationships is doing the opposite of what comes naturally to me. If I tend to be the one to talk, I try listening. If I’m the one always in control, I allow someone else to take the lead.

Almost all of my growth has come from my willingness to be uncomfortable. If I want to evolve, I have to evolve. I’ve never seen anything evolve and stay the same simultaneously.

I would love for you to join me as I work to undo these old patterns and evolve to create a more serene and accepting existence.
