As we finish up our 16th week of COVID life, the topic of intolerance came up. Surprised?
As I see it, there are three reasons why I become intolerant.
I’m not going to be useful to anyone if I’m overburdened. I’m also not going to be productive if I enter into an exchange thinking that I’m better than another person. And if I want anything to change, large or small, it’s best to work on those first two things before barreling onto the third.
Pretty sure I was complicating the bejesus out of this for a long time. All fixed.
