Listen to the podcast

When I’m interested in changing anything in my life, I get into this hyper-driven state of research. And now that there are so many resources, I can article-blog-book-movie-social media group-podcast myself into quite a tizzy.

This week, I could feel myself losing perspective as I got immersed deeper into other people’s success stories. It occurred to me that I was trying to fast forward my journey to be where other people are, knowing full well they’re years deeper into the process than I am.

The only way to it,
Is through it.

I can gather information from others, but the best judge for what’s best for me, and my life, and my circumstances, is me. And, I feel so blessed to finally understand that the slower that process is, the more likely it is to stick. If I just remember to stay where my feet are, I can put my complete trust in time to take care of the rest. It’s never let me down.

I would love for you to join me as I work to undo these old patterns and evolve to create a more serene and accepting existence. (And you should know that I still want to ear flick the little knuckleheads {this includes my husband} when they don’t rinse a dish before putting it in the dishwasher — always a work in progress.)
